Understanding Yoga Through The Experience Of The Body
The physical body and the breath are powerful tools to cultivate mindfulness, and self-observation is at the heart of my teachings. Expect challenging but transformational classes and intelligent sequences that build towards peak postures. These postures are not just physical achievements; they are a homecoming, a moment of profound connection, where the body and mind work in harmony. As we infuse every movement with awareness, we approach these peaks with ease, without struggle, and with a warm sense of welcome.

My teachings are honest and bare, sprinkled with sense of humour and infused with heart.
I love working with props as they can help students find more space, freedom and stability in each posture, while also providing endless learning opportunities.

Qualifications

Teacher Training (500 hours)
500 hours teacher training with Shiva Yoga Peeth (Rishikesh)
  • 200 hours Ashtanga + Hatha
  • 300 Vinyasa+ Iyengar + Restorative + Yin

Prenatal Teacher Training (50 hours)
  • Guiding women in all three stages of pregnancy

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC Systems)
  • Certified FRC Mobility Specialist 

Meditation Training (10 days intensive)
10 days + 3 days Vipassana Meditation Course (Dhamma Bhumi + Dhamma Aloka)
